Colorectal Cancer Research Collaborative (CRCRC)

Mission Statement:  To foster multidisciplinary collaboration towards promoting scientific advancement in the prevention, treatment, and understanding of colorectal cancer. 

Vision Statement: We believe that sound science inspired by collective knowledge, creativity, and patient-centeredness can reduce suffering, prevent disease, and improve the care of patients with colorectal cancer.

Key Objectives:

  1. Provide a space to share work, ask questions, and provide feedback on existing projects.
  2. Cultivate new partnerships and opportunities for collaboration in developing new projects.
  3. Generate scientifically relevant, clinically applicable, and feasible research questions.
  4. Provide cross-disciplinary mentorship for faculty and trainees.
  5. Collate and maintain an ongoing repository of available data (databases, tissue banks, clinical trial secondary analyses, etc.) that has the potential to be accessed, shared, and re-analyzed.
