Dr. Anita Courcoulas Gets Published for Multiple Articles

We would like to share several articles published recently with Dr. Anita Courcoulas as a co-author.

The first article, “Ten-Year Outcomes after Bariatric Surgery in Adolescents,” was published in the New England Journal of Medicine. This paper discusses the long-term effectiveness of weight loss and remission of coexisting conditions following bariatric surgery. It highlights the greater health benefits and durability of these effects in adolescents compared to similarly treated adults.
