As a leader in obesity evaluation and management who has co-authored major randomized trials and clinical guidelines in the field, Anita P. Courcoulas, MD, MPH, FACS, participated as a Review Course speaker for The Obesity Society (TOS) Review Course for the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) exam. TOS’s Review Course provides highly-focused ABOM exam preparation to hundreds of applicants each year, as well as continuing medical education credits. Dr. Courcoulas taught curriculum on “Surgical Treatment for Obesity” at the TOS Review Course on November 7, 2021 and will continue to participate as a Review Course speaker annually going forward.
