- Applications for our categorical training program are being accepted during the 2025-26 academic year and should be submitted only via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The vascular surgery residency office will not accept any paper applications.
- Personal interviews are by invitation only and are required for acceptance to our program. The deadline for applying to our vascular surgery residency program is currently closed.

- Official Medical School Transcripts
- Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE or Dean's letter)
- Three Letters of Recommendation
