Dr. Morowitz has a long-standing interest in the microbiome and in particular its effects on colitis, necrotizing enterocolitis and critical illness. he will talk about his recent work investigating the ability of plant-based nutrition to change gut microbiome and improve outcomes across a range of diseases.
